马头电厂扩建工程,安装二台由苏联进口的20万机组,其发电机引出线至主变采用TЭH型封闭铝母线,材质为铝、铜、锡合金。封闭铝母线由主母线∮280×15毫米,外壳∮770×6毫米,短路板δ=20毫米,厂用分支为口型125×110×8毫米及支持绝缘子组成,除短路板为T型焊缝外,其它均为对接焊缝,主母线为V型80度坡口,分支母线为V型70度坡口,外壳未开坡口,全部接口均为安装焊缝。我们分析了铝及其合金的焊接特点,采取了相应的技术措施。本文着重介绍封闭铝母线的焊接特点及技术措施。
