我厂在制造涂釉线绕耐高温电阻时,设计要求将锰铜导线BMn40-1.5φ0.12绕在陶瓷骨架上15~16圈,其始端末端与装在陶瓷骨架两端的紫铜丝T2Yφ0.38引出线熔焊在一起。其焊点要圆滑,不应超过1毫米。为了满足这个要求,就必须用一种专门的焊枪才能完成。在国内我们曾走访一些工厂和焊接研究所,都未见过此种焊枪,仅仅在国外制造电阻的公司见到和使用过这种焊枪。
