1982年6月至1989年6月,我们对36例乳糜尿患者采用淋巴静脉分流术进行治疗。36例中,病史6个月至5年者14例,6年至10年者9例,11年至20年者8例,20年以上者5例。36例患者术前尿乳糜试验均呈阳性反应。膀胱镜检发现左输尿管开口排乳糜者18例,右输尿管开口排乳糜者12例,双侧输尿管开口排乳糜者6例。输尿管肾盂逆行插管造影,7例出现淋巴逆流。12例行经足背淋巴造影术,腹股沟、盆腔、肾周围均见淋巴结显影,未见明显显影之淋巴管。
From June 1982 to June 1989, we treated 36 cases of chyluria with lymphatic venous shunts. Of the 36 patients, 14 had a history of 6 months to 5 years, 9 had a history of 6 to 10 years, 8 had a history of 11 to 20 years, and 5 had a history of over 20 years. 36 patients with preoperative urine chylous test showed a positive reaction. Cystoscopy found that left ureter open cholera in 18 cases, right ureteral cholera in 12 cases, bilateral ureteral cholera in 6 cases. Retrograde ureteroscopic retrograde catheterization, 7 cases of lymphatic reflux. Twelve cases underwent dorsal lymphadenectomy. The lymph nodes were observed in the inguinal, pelvic and peri-renal areas, and lymphatic vessels were not found.
