本研究应用胰管造影(ERP)和胰泌素-促胰酶素试验(SPT)对慢性胰腺炎病人作检查,目的是探究在此病中胰腺外分泌功能与胰管形态学的关系。45例慢性胰腺炎病人通过Olympus JF B_2侧视十二指肠镜获得胰图像。胰图像分为6组:1.正常组;2.有轻度改变;3.有中度改变;4.有重度改变伴胰管扩张;5.有重度改变伴胰管阻塞;6.有重度改变伴节段样胰管。
In this study, patients with chronic pancreatitis were examined with pancreatic ductal angiography (ERP) and cholecystokinin-pancreatin test (SPT) to explore the relationship between pancreatic exocrine function and pancreatic duct morphology in this disease. Forty-five patients with chronic pancreatitis received pancreas images through Olympus JF B_2 lateral duodenoscopy. Pancreas images were divided into 6 groups: 1. normal group; 2. mild changes; 3. moderate changes; 4. severe changes with pancreatic duct dilatation; 5. severe changes with pancreatic duct obstruction; 6. severe Change with section-like pancreatic duct.
