检查994名不同生活环境老年人牙齿的楔状缺损发生情况。结果发现楔状缺损的发生率为34.1％,且城市老年人的发生率(58.8％)高于农村老年人(5.2%);其发生部位以上下颌双尖牙区最多见。依据检查结果对楔状缺损的病因进行了讨论。
Examination of the occurrence of wedge-shaped defects in teeth of 994 elderly people living in different environments. The results showed that the incidence of wedge-shaped defects was 34.1%, and the incidence rate of elderly people in urban areas (58.8%) was higher than that of rural elderly (5.2%); the most part of the mandibular bicuspid area above the occurrence site. The cause of the wedge-shaped defect was discussed based on the results of the examination.
