一、中国大型城市正步人“城市病”集中爆发期城市病是城市发展过程中的必然现象,在城市化中期阶段尤其严重。其背后隐藏着城市规模膨胀、经济社会发展的深层次矛盾。从深层次看,“城市病”的根源在于城市资源与社会需求在一定阶段产生巨大矛盾,致使城市承载力“过载”及城市各要素之间关系失调而表现出的各种负面效应。归根结底,城市病的出现就是快速膨胀的人口与城市资源不协调的问题。
