目的探讨高危孕产妇的追踪管理方法,降低孕产妇和围产儿的死亡率。方法选择我所建册的5 892例孕妇,依据《江苏省高危妊娠管理规范要求》的规定,筛查出1 826例高危妊娠病例,分析高危因素。结果高危妊娠剖宫产率和围产儿死亡率比正常妊娠高。结论认真筛查,及时纠正高危因素,严格追踪管理,能有效降低孕产妇和围产儿的死亡率。
Objective To explore the follow-up management of high-risk pregnant women and reduce maternal and perinatal mortality. Methods A total of 5 892 pregnant women who were enrolled in this study were selected and 1826 pregnant women with high risk were screened out according to the regulations of “Regulatory Norms of Pregnant Women at High Risk of Jiangsu Province” to analyze the risk factors. Results High-risk pregnancy cesarean section rate and perinatal mortality than normal pregnancy. Conclusions Serious screening, timely correction of risk factors, strict follow-up management, can effectively reduce maternal and perinatal mortality.
