目的探讨局麻下经输尿管镜治疗尿道损伤的可行性。方法回顾性研究在局麻下经输尿管镜留置尿管30例尿道损伤患者,保留导尿3周。结果 24例患者行尿道会师成功,效果满意,并发症少。结论局麻下经输尿管镜行尿道会师术是一种安全有效的方法,优于传统开放模式。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of transurethral ureteroscopic urethral injury under local anesthesia. Methods A retrospective study of urethral catheter urethral catheter urethral injury in 30 cases of urethral injury patients, to retain catheterization for 3 weeks. Results Twenty-four patients underwent successful urethral surgery with satisfactory results and fewer complications. Conclusion Ureteroscopic urethral surgery under local anesthesia is a safe and effective method, which is superior to the traditional open mode.
