用乙醇在微沸状态下浸泡银杏叶，以树脂吸附法进行精制的生产工艺，所得干浸膏经高效液相色谱测定表明含黄酮醇甙总含量为27．4％，银杏苦内酯总含量为10．6％，产品得率2．4％。
Ginkgo biloba leaves were soaked in ethanol under micro-boiling conditions and purified by resin adsorption. The resulting dried extract was determined by high performance liquid chromatography and the total content of glycosides containing flavonoids was 27.4%. The total content of ginkgolides was determined. It is 10.6% and the product yield is 2.4%.
