1994年11月,我国学术界普遍关注的中国科学院“百人计划”首批招聘工作终于落下帷幕。引人注目的是,在光荣入选的14位科技专家中,有一位水利战线上的年轻人,而且为14位受聘者中唯一的中科院系统以外的入选者。他,就是西北农业大学水利与建筑工程学院教授、西北农业大学农业水土工程研究所副所长、水利部西北水土保持研究所兼职研究员、年仅32岁的康绍忠博士。 康绍忠,1982年毕业于武汉水利电力学院,后考取西北农业大学熊运章教授的研究生,先后攻读农业水土工程硕士和博士学位。1990年,他的博士论文《土壤——植物——大气连续体水分运移理论与应用研究》,因具有鲜明的多学科互相渗透、交叉等特点,倍受国内专家关注。参加工作以来,他在每年完成900学时以上的本科生、研究生教学任务的情况下,先后主持
In November 1994, the first batch of recruitment work under the “Hundred Talents Program” of Chinese Academy of Sciences, which has drawn widespread attention in academic circles in China, finally came to an end.
