采购金额从2003年的7.1亿元增长到2004年的30.8亿元,2005年又同比增长63.66%、达到50.47亿元;2006年力争达到采购规模同比增长20%的目标。在采购规模迅速增长的同时,资金节约率也不断创新高,2004年节约资金4亿元,平均节约率达到11.5%;2005年节约资金8.78亿元,平均节约率达到14.
Purchases increased from 710 million yuan in 2003 to 3.08 billion yuan in 2004, up 63.66% year on year in 2005, reaching 5.047 billion yuan. In 2006, it strives to reach the target of 20% increase in the scale of procurement. While the scale of procurement is rapidly increasing, the rate of fund saving has also kept on record high. In 2004, it saved 400 million yuan of funds and the average saving rate reached 11.5%. In 2005, it saved funds of 878 million yuan and the average saving rate reached 14%.
