苏联伊兹马伊尔良种区多年试验表明,四倍体养麦优于普通的二倍体荞麦,其茎秆粗壮,叶片、花、种子均较大,千粒重为37~40克(普通荞麦仅24~28克),且子实饱满,米粒显著大于普通荞麦。此外,蛋白质含量高(15~16%),蒸煮性好,饭味香。在试验地农业技术基础好的情况下,四倍体荞麦产量为27~32公担/公顷。在一般收割后的留茬地,试验年份平均产量15~17公担/公顷。
Many years of experiments in the Iraqi-Iraqi-Maiur region showed that tetraploid wheat was superior to ordinary diploid buckwheat and its stalks were stout with large leaves, flowers and seeds, and the grain weight was 37-40g (normal buckwheat only 24 ~ 28 grams), and fruiting full, rice significantly larger than ordinary buckwheat. In addition, high protein content (15 ~ 16%), good cooking, fragrant meals. In a well-tested agricultural technology base, tetraploid buckwheat yields ranged from 27 to 32 m 3 / ha.
