一、引言X—Y 型减速器是渐开线少齿差行星减速器(下文简称少齿差)的一种改进型。少齿差具有结构简单,体积小,重量轻,同轴线传动,速比范围大,运转平稳和成本较低等优点,近年来在各工业部门获得广泛应用。但常见的少齿差存在两个主要问题:1.由于内啮合齿轮付之间的齿数差相差极少(一般为1~4),这样在加工齿轮和装配时容易产生各种干涉,解决的措施是采用短齿和对齿轮进行大角度修正来避免可能产生的各种干涉。从分析可知齿数差越少,修正后啮合角越大,例如一齿差,α′=54°~56°;二齿差,α′=37°~39°;三齿差,α′=28°~30°;四齿差,α′=25°~27°。啮合角增大不仅使重合度减小,还会导致径问负荷增
I. INTRODUCTION The X-Y reducer is an improved version of the involute less differential planetary reducer (abbreviated as the lesser tooth difference below). The small tooth difference has the advantages of simple structure, small size, light weight, coaxial transmission, large speed ratio range, stable operation and low cost, and has been widely used in various industrial sectors in recent years. However, there are two major problems with the common small tooth difference: 1. Since the difference in the number of teeth between internal gears is very small (usually 1 to 4), it is easy to produce various interferences when processing gears and assembly. The measure is to use short teeth and make large angle corrections to the gears to avoid any possible interference. From the analysis, it can be known that the less the difference in the number of teeth, the larger the meshing angle after correction, such as a tooth difference, α′=54° to 56°; two teeth difference, α′=37° to 39°; three teeth difference, α′=28 ° ~ 30 °; four teeth difference, α’ = 25 ° ~ 27 °. Increasing the meshing angle will not only reduce the degree of overlap, but also lead to an increase in radial load.
