任何一种药品,无论是植物、化学、臟器或生物制品,經过長時期的貯存後,都会或多或少地遭受各种因素的影响而發生物理或化学上的变化,以致逐漸地改变其原有的性質,或降低療效,或完全变質,甚至还產生毒素。藥品变坏的原因往往由於保管的不当而造成的。如果我們充分地了解藥物的性能,並掌握各种可能致坏的因素,然後採取有效的保管方法,就可以完全避免。作好这項工作,不但可以節約不必要的藥品浪費,而更重要的是給病人有效的藥物和減少差錯的發生,保衛人民的健康。下面就簡单談談影响藥物效能的一些因素及其預防。
