本文从价值链网络结构入手,运用协同的役使原理与合作的价值创造模型,对军工企业军民价值链网络中的协同关系与合作效用进行研究。并以某军工企业的军民价值链网络为例,分析了其价值链网络中的协同与合作特性,认为军工企业应通过军民一体化价值链网络来实现军民品研发生产过程的协同与合作。
Starting with the value chain network structure, this paper uses the principle of cooperative service and the value creation model of cooperation to study the synergies and cooperation effects in the military-civilian value chain network of military industrial enterprises. Taking the military and civilian value chain network of a military enterprise as an example, this paper analyzes the characteristics of cooperation and cooperation in its value chain network. It holds that the military enterprises should realize the cooperation and cooperation in R & D and production of military and civilian products through the military-civilian integrated value chain network.
