今年以来,在省委、省政府的统一部署下,各级财税部门精心组织,层层落实,扎扎实实开展了以“依法办税、秉公理财、规范管理、完善服务”为主题的行风建设和评议活动。通过真抓实干,在公开接受社会各界监督的阳光下,也向全社会展示了财税战线良好的精神风貌。在行风建设和评议中,涌现了敬业勤业、廉洁奉公、秉公理财等方面不胜枚举的先进人物和事迹。本刊这一期介绍的武义县财政部门依法、秉公理财的事迹,就是其中的一例。 按通常的说法,财政部门是政府的“管家”,而财会人员则是企事业单位的“管家”。“管家”理财,是各级财政部门和财会人员的重要职责。武义县财政局
