机匣安装边与壳体转接处的应力分布复杂,该处存在膜应力,弯曲应力并有应力集中,要精确计算该区域的弯曲应力比较困难。本文提出了一种计算安装边转接处弯曲应力计算的解析方法,并根据光弹性试验结果总结了与安装边结构参数有关的应力集中系数计算的经验公式。同时,运用数学计算方法和光弹性实验数据相结合的混合法计算了某发动机延伸机匣的安装边应力。
The stress distribution at the junction of the casing and the casing is complex, where there are membrane stress, bending stress and stress concentration. It is difficult to accurately calculate the bending stress in this area. In this paper, an analytical method for calculating the bending stress at the installation side is proposed. Based on the photoelastic test results, the empirical formula for calculating the stress concentration factor related to the structural parameters of the installation side is summarized. At the same time, using the hybrid method of mathematical calculation method and photoelastic experimental data, the stress of the mounting side of an engine extension casing is calculated.
