1. Transnational management is an inevitable choice for the development of social productive forces. Productivity is the fundamental driving force for social development. The social productive forces system is the material basis for the existence of productive forces. Its spatial realization is a variety of resource elements and their environmental systems. The results of the interactions, and regularly appear as a breakthrough in their regional constraints of supply and demand, and seek a broader living space to optimize their environmental systems, resulting in greater performance. This gradual optimization process is manifested as the optimal allocation of limited social resources under specific property rights structure and certain technical levels. In practice, it is reflected in the evolution of the social productivity system from the spatial form of the relatively low system to the spatial form of the higher system. In other words, with the advancement of technology and the innovation of microscopic and macro-organizational systems, the productivity system has evolved from a smaller regional survival pattern to a larger regional survival pattern, which has led to the formation of a pan-regionally national context. The social productivity system eventually evolved from the nationalist living form to the pan-national international social productive system. The continuous expansion of the spatial realizing form of this kind of social productive force system does not simply mean the expansion of the scale of its system scale, but also the optimization of its internal structure and the enhancement of its system function.
