电光天平如出现跳针现象则要调整。传统的调整方法是:松开跳针板上的固定螺丝,升高或降低跳针螺丝。调时就要适当地开关天平,同时从天平侧面观察是否跳针。调一次,看一次,直到不跳为止。这种方法有以下几点不足:1.天平开关次数增加,使中刀和中刀承频繁接触,影响天平寿命;2.人眼观察微小跳针困难,致使眼睛疲劳;3.从天平侧面观察,操作者要离位、站起、侧身,从而增加工作强度;4.调时不能看,看时不能调,费时较多。本人根据天平指针位置的特点利用光学原理,试验出一种调整方法,现介绍如下:
