ERP 日益受到企业的重视,这是可喜的现象。然而不容讳言的,多数企业上 ERP 的过程走得并不顺利,成效自然也不令人满意。为什么会如此呢?因为部署和应用 ERP 的误区太多!为什么有些企业不敢上 ERP在国内可听到普遍流行的两个说法:企业管理要好,须要靠 ERP 来帮忙;企业 ERP 上不去,是因为管理不好,分开来看,这两句话都有部份的道理,但摆在一块儿,就立即显现出应用 ERP 思想的矛盾了。这好比有人说“你跑不快,就要买车来开:若不会开车,是因为你跑不快”。这不是太奇怪了吗?做为企业的领导人,在面临这样自相矛盾的说法下,当然会对 ERP 产生疑虑。其实在大多数的情况下,企业管理不是“好不好”的问题,而是“能不能”的考虑。这就像“若不开车,肯定跑不快”的道理是一样的。管理不好,多指的是“决策”的质量不够好;在交易部分,是可以直接寻求 ERP 的协助的,ERP 可以替企业带来省力,正确、及时等自动化的好处。企业需要ERP 的协助来降低信息处理的成本,其成败与管理水平
