本文研究了亚临界退火的0~0.6%Mo合金化的2.5%Si球铁的热疲劳性能及高温性能,并与4.0%Si球铁及蠕铁的性能作了比较。采用约束热疲劳试验方法,热循环温度为200~650℃,模拟了排气总管的热应力状况。结果表明,前者的热疲劳寿命约为后者的三倍;在4.0%Si球铁和0.5%Cu蠕铁中加入0.6%Mo时,热疲劳寿命分别提高33%和55%。蠕铁的热疲劳寿命比球铁短。本文还研究了Mo对球铁拉伸性能的影响。
In this paper, the thermal fatigue properties and high temperature properties of subcritically annealed 0% to 0.6% Mo alloyed 2.5% Si ductile iron were investigated and compared with that of 4.0% Si ductile iron and vermicular iron. The thermal fatigue test method was used to simulate the thermal stress of the exhaust manifold with the thermal cycling temperature of 200 ~ 650 ℃. The results show that the thermal fatigue life of the former is about three times higher than that of the latter. When 0.6% Mo is added to 4.0% Si ductile iron and 0.5% Cu vermicular iron, the thermal fatigue life increases by 33% and 55% respectively. The thermal fatigue life of vermicular iron is shorter than ductile iron. The effect of Mo on the tensile properties of ductile iron was also studied.
