一、问题的提出肯年文化的载体和主体是青年。现代意义的青年是现代社会的产物,青年文化无疑也是现代社会的产物,而且要比青年群体的产生晚得多,严格说来,具有典型意义的青年文化是在本世纪初开始出现的。然而不容忽视的是,由于现代社会大众传播媒介、通讯联系迅猛发展、教育的高度发达以及各种社团的大批涌现,青年文化一经产生便呈现出日益加速度发展和传播的态势。青年文化的发展和传播对青年的成长,对社会主流文化、对社会的生存和发展都已经发生了重大的影响,并将产生越来越大和越来越深远的影响。为此,对青年文化实行有效的合理的控制,应当成为社会控制的一个重要方面,应当引起高度的重视。
