目前世界各国人口老龄化进程正在加速,老年人高血压的患病率逐年增高,老年人高血压的问题日益成为医学界乃至社会关注的焦点。近年来对高血压的调查显示,老年高血压是老年人患病最高的慢性疾病之一,加强老年高血压防治是老年医学领域非常重要而迫切的任务。老年人高血压临床症状复杂,血压很难控制,这对老年人生存质量带来很大威胁。因此,预防和诊治老年人高血压是当务之急,有效控制血压,降低心脑血管疾病,是预防老年人高血压的前提。
At present, the process of population aging in all countries in the world is accelerating. The prevalence of hypertension in the elderly is increasing year by year. The problem of hypertension in the elderly has increasingly become the focus of the medical community and even the society. In recent years, the survey of hypertension shows that senile hypertension is one of the chronic diseases with the highest prevalence in the elderly. Strengthening the prevention and treatment of senile hypertension is a very important and urgent task in geriatrics. The clinical symptoms of hypertension in elderly are complicated and the blood pressure is hard to control. This poses a great threat to the quality of life of the elderly. Therefore, prevention and treatment of hypertension in the elderly is a priority, effective control of blood pressure and reduce cardiovascular disease is to prevent hypertension in the elderly the premise.
