几年来我省常有水产品引起的细菌性食物中毒发生,调查结果多数未能检出习知的食物中毒病原菌,而其流行病学特点及临床表现则与近年来日本报导众多的嗜盐菌食物中毒相酷似。为加强病原研讨,借以做好食物中毒的防治工作,曾于1962年夏对二种常见导致食物中毒的海产品大黄鱼及鳥贼,作了嗜盐菌分布及其性状的研究,现整理报告如下。
