Ovarian cancer is mostly late in clinical diagnosis. About 40% to 60% of patients may relapse after treatment. One of the reasons for this is that the “true” effective dose of traditional chemotherapy is limited. It is necessary to look for highly selective targeted therapies based on the etiology and biochemical characteristics of ovarian cancer in order to increase the “true” effective dose of the drug. Hormone-gonadotropin theory is one of the causes of ovarian cancer, hypothalamic-pituitary hormone-related receptors showed abnormal expression in ovarian cancer, and the distribution in the body is relatively limited, therefore, these receptors may be selectively destroyed Ovarian tumor cells is a more ideal target, based on which the design of receptor-targeted chemotherapy in ovarian cancer treatment will show considerable advantages and application prospects.
