目的:建立颌面部撞击并发颅脑损伤的动物模型。方法:改进落体撞击式的致伤模型,以100g×100cm,100g×75cm和100g×60cm不同的致伤能量复制出重、中和轻度3种伤势的颌面部撞击并发颅脑损伤。结果:大鼠致伤后1h~4h脑组织含水量及血脑屏障的改变最明显,与人体脑损伤的变化相一致。结论:采用本模型可复制出不同程度的颌面部撞击伤并发颅脑损伤的动物模型。
Objective: To establish an animal model of maxillofacial collisions with craniocerebral injury. Methods: The impact injury model of falling body was improved. The maxillofacial injuries with heavy, moderate and mild injuries were duplicated in 100g × 100cm, 100g × 75cm and 100g × 60cm injured wounds. Results: The changes of brain water content and blood-brain barrier were the most obvious between 1 h and 4 h after injury in rats and were consistent with the changes of human brain injury. Conclusion: This model can reproduce different degrees of maxillofacial injuries associated with craniocerebral injury in animal models.
