近几年,许多企业和单位都提出要把自己的企业和单位建设成为学习型组织。这是一个好现象。但从笔者接触的几乎所有的企业和单位的情况看,其学习主要还停留在员工个人的学习上。他们把学习型组织等同于组织学习,主要是制定一个学习计划、指定一些学习教材,或者安排员工轮训,或者请专家讲课,测验考试,等等。这些无疑是必要的、有益的,但仍然属于个人的学习,与学习型组织所要求的“团体学习”并不是一回事。因为学习型组织≠组织学习。
In recent years, many enterprises and units have proposed to build their own enterprises and units into learning organizations. This is a good sign. However, from the situation of almost all enterprises and units contacted by the author, the learning mainly stays on the staff's personal study. They equate learning organizations with organizational learning, mainly by developing a learning plan, specifying learning materials, arranging staff rotation, or giving lectures, quizzes, and more. These are undoubtedly necessary and useful, but still belong to individual learning, and learning organization called for “group learning” is not the same thing.
