The U.S. policy towards China has come to the forefront of the dilemma of advancing and retreating. As a result of the wrong policies of the U.S. imperialists, it not only failed to bring China to a “bridge between the United States and the Soviet Union” as Fan Yide, the director of the Far Eastern United States, said on October 20 last year, but instead made China a center of world insecurity. The victory was over a year later, and the U.S. policy toward China should be liquidated.
