一北欧诸国现势的轮廓欧洲北部几个国家像斯干的那维亚(Scandinavia)方面的瑞典挪威,和丹麦以及波罗的海(Baltic sea)沿岸的立陶宛(Lithuania),拉特维亚(Latvia),爱沙尼亚(Esthonia),和芬兰(Finland),在目前的世界经济中要算是已经合成了一个自为系统的经济区域。这不但由地理上观察,它是孤悬于欧洲大陆的本部以外。即由国民资源视察,它主要的基础便是海产,森林,和矿物三端。不过,从国民经济的现阶段以言,大体上这区域内的国家都是欧洲
