以年总消耗费用最小为目标函数,通过优化计算,考核了溶液各组成的沸点差大小(相对挥发度大小)及进料组成对双效节能效果的影响。结果表明:溶液各组成的沸点差大小及进料组成对各种双效精馏的节能效果影响较大。
Taking the minimum annual total cost as the objective function, the influence of the boiling point difference (relative volatility) and the composition of the feed on the double-effect energy-saving effect were evaluated through optimization calculation. The results show that the boiling point difference of the components of the solution and the composition of the feed have a great influence on the energy-saving effect of various double-effect rectification.
