大同煤矿集团公司工会以胡锦涛总书记在建党90周年大会上的重要讲话精神为引领,紧紧围绕集团“转型跨越十二五,再造一个新同煤”的奋斗目标,在全集团公司开展了以“再展工会新作为”为主要内容的工会工作大落实、大创新活动,使工会工作迸发新活力,彰显新作为。理论引航,在推动工作创新上再展新作为为提升工会以理论创新推动工作创新的能力,集团公司工会调整了工会理论研究会组织机构,设立了战略课题研究组、理论课题调研组和工会理论研究会办公室,提出了工会理论研究蓄能造势、集智谋略、准确导向的工作目标。
