采用高效液相色谱分析的方法,测定不同浓度红霉素在琼脂培养基上生长的绿脓杆菌产生的藻酸盐。结果显示:红霉素对绿脓杆菌产生藻酸盐物质有抑制作用,红霉素的浓度在1mg/L、4mg/L、16mg/L和64mg/L时,抑制率分别为23.7%、65.2%、92.0%和92.5%。电子扫描显微镜观察,红霉素浓度为50mg/L时,放在其溶液中的医用塑料纤维片上,未见绿脓杆菌生物膜的形成。红霉素是通过抑制绿脓杆菌产生藻酸盐进而抑制其生物膜的形成。
High-performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the alginate produced by Pseudomonas aeruginosa grown on agar medium with different concentrations of erythromycin. The results showed that erythromycin had inhibitory effect on alginate produced by Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The inhibitory rates of erythromycin at 1mg / L, 4mg / L, 16mg / L and 64mg / L were 23.7% , 65.2%, 92.0% and 92.5%. Electron scanning microscopy, erythromycin concentration of 50mg / L, placed in the solution of medical plastic fiber film, no Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm formation. Erythromycin suppresses the formation of biofilm by inhibiting the production of alginate by Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
