通过对鱼雷计算机组件距离门电路原理分析,对该电路在低温条件下距离门开启、关闭功能紊乱的故障进行剖析,认为故障原因在于1V_(27)位的 BT33D 管子特性有问题。为解决这一故障,应明确对1V_(27)管子的饱和压降和谷点电压指标要求。实际调试表明,这一技术措施是有效的,提高了鱼雷计算机组件的可靠性。
Through the analysis of the principle of the distance gate of the torpedo computer component, the malfunction of the circuit opening and closing of the distance gate at low temperature is analyzed. The reason of the fault lies in that there is a problem in the BT33D tube characteristic of 1V_ (27) bit. In order to solve this problem, the requirements of saturation voltage drop and valley voltage of 1V_ (27) pipe should be clarified. The actual commissioning shows that this technical measure is effective and improves the reliability of the torpedo computer components.
