吉林省朝鲜族自治州,几年以来,坚持了认真貫彻党的预防为主的卫生工作方针和卫生部关于结核病防治工作的指示,防痨事业有了迅速地发展。以延边結核病防治院为中心,该州六个县和較大的厂、矿企业单位都设立了结核防治科,形成了全州防痨网。并积极地开展了肺部健康检查、登記管理、治疗病人、防痨宣传、卡介苗接种等防治工作,已經取得了显著的成績。最突出的是延边結核病防治院,在自治州的所在地——延吉市,采取了以地段管理为纲的綜合防治措施,創立了适合于当地情况的防治工作方法;建立了划区与团体相結合,門診、地段相結合,防、治相結合的制度,
