金黄色葡萄球菌肺炎是一种常见病,此病起病急,病情重,预后差。近三年来,我们运用黄连温胆汤加味治疗该病,取得良效,现介绍如下。 一、临床资料:24例中,男10例,女11例;年龄最大50岁,最小12岁,以14～30岁最多;病程最长40天,最短10天。 二、临床表现:恶寒高热,咳嗽,咳吐脓血痰,胸痛,舌苔黄腻,脉滑数。血白细胞总数明显增高,中性粒细胞比例增加。X线示肺部呈大片状阴影。痰血细菌培养分离出金黄色葡萄球菌。 三、治疗方法:黄连、陈皮、云苓各10克,半夏、枳实、甘草各6克,竹茹15克,金
Staphylococcus aureus pneumonia is a common disease. The disease is acute and has a serious condition and poor prognosis. In the past three years, we have used Huanglian Wendan Decoction to treat the disease and achieved good results. We now introduce it as follows.
