目的:研究锌对大鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能影响的机理。方法:利用激光衍射仪测定高、常、低锌大鼠红细胞在高(τ=300P)低(τ=50P)剪流场中形态,检测红细胞c3b受体花环率(RBCc3bRR)。结果:ZD组:DI300(在τ=300P剪流场中红细胞变形指数):5748±538,DI50:3055±327,RBCc3bRR:1172±270;ZN组:DI300:5036±422,DI50:2085±254,RBCc3bRR:2218±514;ZH组:DI300:2829±257,DI50:1750±201,RBCc3bRR:1148±301。ZD组在高低剪流场中DI值均显著高于相应ZN组,ZH组在高、低剪流场中DI值均显著低于ZN组,ZD、ZH组其RBCc3bRR均显著低于ZN组;ZD组高、低剪流场中红细胞DI值与红细胞c3b受体花环率呈显著负相关;ZH组高、低剪流场中红细胞DI值与RBCc3bRR呈显著正相关。结论:高锌、低锌均可使大鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能降低,其机理可能是高锌、低锌引起红细胞膜的硬化、软化致红细胞相应酶或受体的变构,红细胞不能保持其正常的功能状态,故适量的锌?
Objective: To study the mechanism of zinc on rat erythrocyte immune adhesion function. Methods: The morphology of erythrocytes in high, normal and low zinc rats was observed by laser diffractometer in the shear field with high (τ = 300P) low (τ = 50P), and the erythrocyte c3b receptor rosette rate (RBCc3bRR) was measured. Results: ZD group: DI300 (erythrocyte deformation index in the shear field of τ = 300P): 5748 ± 538, DI50: 3055 ± 327, RBCc3bRR: 1172 ± 270; ZN group : DI300: 5036 ± 422, DI50: 2085 ± 254, RBCc3bRR: 2218 ± 514; ZH: DI300: 2829 ± 257, DI50: 1750 ± 2 01, RBCc3bRR: 11 48 ± 3 01. The DI values in ZD group were significantly higher than those in ZN group. The DI values in ZH group were significantly lower than those in ZN group in high and low shear fields. The RBCc3bRR in ZD and ZH groups were significantly lower than those in ZN group. The DI value of erythrocytes in ZD group was significantly negatively correlated with the rosette rate of erythrocyte c3b receptor in high and low shear flow fields. DI value of erythrocytes in high and low shear flow field of ZH group was positively correlated with RBCc3bRR. CONCLUSION: High zinc and low zinc can both reduce the erythrocyte immune adhesion function in rats. The mechanism may be that high zinc and low zinc cause the erythrocyte membrane sclerosis and soften the allosteric of erythrocyte corresponding enzyme or receptor, and erythrocytes can not maintain its Normal functional status, so the right amount of zinc?
