龟壳(即龟上甲)的入药问题追究中医古代用龟甲的历史,即为上甲下甲同用,通称“龟甲”。《神农本草经》及其历代本草中也有阐述,龟甲不分上下甲均入药用。其中记载龟甲的功效,自然也是全甲的功效,无上下之分。《本草纲目》中也有“上甲下甲皆用之”的记载。因此,恢复龟上甲入药是有根据的。上甲和下甲的功效是相同的,上甲不能入药只是元、明之后在应用过程中的延误。虎骨、豹骨、狗骨虎骨一向以贵重药材而闻名。临床上常用于风湿性关节炎等,其药酒效果良好。近年来在虎骨的代用品研究上认为:以豹骨、狗骨代之较好。因三者的主要化学成分及含量接近,在动物实验与用药经验方面也较近似。豹骨与虎骨同为猫科动物,本品酷似虎骨,功
