党的“十八大”对高等教育提出了新任务、新要求,北京高等教育也迎来了改革发展的攻坚阶段。提高质量,内涵发展,实现人才培养模式创新,取决于学生、教师、学校、政府“四位一体”式综合教学改革的推进。北京高等教育要强调因材施教,全面提高学生综合素质创新能力,要形成教师团队合力,提高教师教学整体水平,要凝聚高校优势,形成学校独具特色的人才培养模式,要发挥政府引导服务职能,推动学校资源共享,实现协同发展。
The 18th National Congress of the Party has set new tasks and new requirements for higher education. The higher education in Beijing also ushered in the crucial stage of reform and development. Improving quality, developing connotations, and innovating personnel training modes depend on the advancement of students, teachers, schools and government in the “four in one” comprehensive teaching reform. Beijing should pay more attention to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and comprehensively improve students’ ability to innovate in an all-round way. To form a team of teachers and improve the overall teaching quality of teachers, we should unite the advantages of colleges and universities to form a unique talent cultivation model for schools. School resources sharing, to achieve coordinated development.
