使用17-βE_2与二甲基β环糊精(dimethyl-β-cyclodextrin,DMβC)混合液经鼻喷雾给药,治疗去卵巢妇女的更年期综合征并进行临床效果及药代动力学探讨。
The nasal spray was administered by a mixture of 17-βE 2 and dimethyl-β-cyclodextrin (DMβC) to treat climacteric syndrome in ovariectomized women. The clinical effect and pharmacokinetics were also investigated.
