用切割和挤压法使豚鼠后腿肌肉损伤,伤口用灭菌泥土和产气荚膜梭菌污染。未治疗的对照组动物有75%死于严重的产气荚膜梭菌感染,伤口内检出的细菌以产气荚膜梭菌为主。在伤口被污染后4小时用复方灭滴灵做局部治疗,治疗组动物活存率为94.4%(p<0.01);伤口内未检出产气荚膜梭菌。结果表明,局部应用复方灭滴灵防治创伤厌氧菌感染是有效的。
Guinea pig hindlimb muscle injury was induced by cutting and extrusion and the wound was contaminated with sterilized soil and Clostridium perfringens. 75% of untreated control animals died of severe Clostridium perfringens infection, and Clostridium perfringens was the predominant bacteria found in wounds. Four hours after the wound was contaminated with compound metronidazole for local treatment, the survival rate of the treated animals was 94.4% (p <0.01); no Clostridium perfringens was detected in the wound. The results show that topical application of metribuzin traumatic anaerobic bacterial infection is effective.
