O.J.Dura and others by solid-state reaction, ball milling and sintering process to obtain a particle size of 12nm to 0.7μm different nano-structure of the sample. The results show that the grain size has a great influence on the thermal and electrical properties of the compound. The decrease of the particle size leads to the increase of the resistivity of the compound and the thermal conductivity
