血友病骨关节病变的综合影像评估体系亟待建立。在X线和磁共振成像的评价体系建立后,超声检查因其无需镇静、价格便宜易行、无放射损伤等多种优势,已经可以应用于儿童血友病的诊断,并正式加入了血友病关节的影像评估体系。在中国儿童《血友病骨关节病超声诊断应用推荐方案和共识(2017年)》中,分别对儿童血友病性关节病超声检查的特点和优势、适应证、检查设备要求和检查标准层面推荐、病变具体表现的影像特征及超声的评分系统进行了系统详细的阐述和介绍,该共识的出台将对中国儿童血友病骨关节病变的综合影像评估体系和临床诊断随访产生深远影响和重要意义。
