The role of technical intermediary agencies in establishing and improving China’s scientific and technological innovation system has become increasingly prominent. Xu Guanhua, Minister of Science and Technology, at the 2002 National Science and Technology Work Conference made it clear that “making vigorous efforts to develop science and technology intermediary institutions and establishing a sound scientific and technological innovation service system” will be one of the top ten tasks for China’s science and technology work this year. Technology Equity Exchanges are innovative technology intermediaries that have emerged in recent years. It introduces the related operation of property rights transaction and capital market into the technology transaction to form a benign interaction between technology transaction and property transaction, which is beneficial to fundamentally change the traditional technology
