文章通过查找和分析当前高职院校党校建设存在的问题,结合从严治党和立德树人的形势要求,研究了高职院校加强党校建设的策略。当前高职院校应适应形势发展和立足高职教育实际,应从健全组织领导、明确工作任务、加强师资建设、推进教学改革等方面,积极探索新时期加强党校建设的新方法、新路径。
By searching and analyzing the existing problems in the construction of Party schools in higher vocational colleges, the article studies the strategies of strengthening the construction of Party schools in higher vocational colleges by combining with the situation of strictly controlling the party and the people of Lide tree. The current vocational colleges should adapt themselves to the development of the situation and base their practice on higher vocational education. They should actively explore new ways and new ways to strengthen the building of Party schools in the new period in terms of sound organization and leadership, clarifying work tasks, strengthening teachers’ construction and promoting teaching reform.
