我公司空压站冷却水系统建于1972年,受当时技术条件局限,系统设计与安装问题较多,其中能耗问题尤为突出,实有改造之必要.下面介绍改造的方法及效果.原冷却水系统工作流程见图1.系统中冷水池建在山坡上,标高约16m,为敞开池;热水池为密封池.冷水池水位开关用于控制上水泵的起动和停止.如当冷水池水位降至下限时,上水泵会自行起动,反之则关闭.上水泵为间歇工作.
