用0.01MCuCl2作浸提剂评价堆肥对土壤交换性盐基—K、Na、Ca、Mg可溶性的影响。不同比例的堆肥与土壤混合后置于温室中培养,于培养后的不同时期定期取样分析。通过试验并进行堆肥比例和时间因素的双因子统计分析,结果表明,电导率随堆肥比例的增加和培养时间的延长而显著增加;可浸提K和Na随堆肥比例的增加而增加,随培养时间延长而下降;Mg和Ca的可溶性变化与K和Na有近似行为。
0.01MuCl2 was used as extractant to evaluate the effect of compost on the exchangeable base-K, Na, Ca, Mg in soil. Different proportions of compost and soil were mixed and placed in greenhouse for cultivation, and samples were taken periodically at different periods after cultivation. Through the test and two-factor statistical analysis of compost ratio and time factor, the results showed that the conductivity increased significantly with the increase of compost ratio and incubation time; extractable K and Na increased with the increase of compost ratio, The time prolonged and decreased; the solubility changes of Mg and Ca were similar to those of K and Na.
