从寻找提升工程量清单编制质量方式入手,引入了PDCA循环,在实践中总结出一套应用PDCA循环管理模式解决工程量清单编制质量不稳定的成功经验。建立了“工程量清单编制质量问题汇总、编制清单模板、借助EXCEL函数辅助校核、提交清单成果以及处理编制中遇到问题”的PDCA循环模式,经过多项输变电工程的工程量清单编制,证明了此方法的有效性。
Starting from looking for ways to improve the quality of the bill of quantities, the PDCA cycle was introduced. In practice, a set of PDCA cycle management models was used to solve the problem of unstable quality in the preparation of bill of quantities. Established a “PDCA cycle model” of “quantity compilation of quality checklists, compilation of checklist templates, use of EXCEL functions to assist in checking, submission of checklist results, and handling of problems encountered in the preparation”, through a number of power transmission projects The inventory preparation proves the effectiveness of this method.
