本文在对近场目标回波形成机理进行了充分讨论的基础上，为在数值上对近场目标回波特性给予定量描述，使数据具有可信的精度和可比性，以满足工程需要和实际应用，定义了一个新的参数：近场局部目标强度（LNTS）。本文论述了LNTS的性质以及与远场TS值的关系，讨论了海上实际目标LNTS值的测量方法，并给出了海上某实际目标LNTS的实测结果。
Based on a full discussion of the formation mechanism of near-field target echoes, a quantitative description of the near-field target echo characteristics numerically is given to provide credible accuracy and comparability of data to meet engineering needs and In practice, a new parameter is defined: near-field local target strength (LNTS). This paper discusses the nature of LNTS and its relationship with the far-field TS value. The measurement method of actual target LNTS value at sea is discussed, and the actual measurement results of a certain LNTS at sea are given.
