热处理是改进机械产品性能,减轻重量,提高强度,发挥材料潜力,并延长使用寿命的重要加工手段;也是改善金属加工性能,减少最后热处理变形,改进物理性能的重要方法。热处理工艺的发展必须有其它行业的支持和配合,孤立地发展热处理工艺是不可能收到应有效果的。从第一汽车厂的建厂开始,到第二汽车厂的基本建成,我国汽车工业的热处理工艺水平有所提高和发展。在总结前一阶段经验的基础上,提出今后发展的几点意见。
Heat treatment is to improve the performance of mechanical products, reduce weight, increase strength, material potential, and extend the service life of important processing tools; also improve the metal processing performance, reduce the final heat treatment deformation, improve the physical properties of an important method. The development of heat treatment process must have the support and cooperation of other industries, it is impossible to receive due effect if the heat treatment process is developed in isolation. Starting from the first automobile plant construction, to the second automobile plant basically completed, China’s auto industry heat treatment technology has improved and developed. On the basis of summarizing the experience of the previous stage, I put forward some suggestions on the future development.
