现今在我国实施的全过程造价管理模式含有不合理的地方,而大多数欧美国家采纳全生命周期工程造价管理模式,并且被世界货币基金组织等国际金融组织所认可。这种模式以工程的初期、设计和实施阶段,对工程造价的管理和决策为侧重点,二者相比较,全生命周期造价管理在整个周期成本上更具有优势。
Nowadays, the whole process cost management mode in our country contains unreasonable place, while most European and American countries adopt the life cycle cost management mode and are accepted by the international financial organizations such as the World Monetary Fund. This model focuses on the management and decision-making of project cost in the initial, design and implementation stages of the project. Compared with the whole, the whole-life cycle cost management has more advantages over the entire cycle cost.
